There are a lot of other things to see and do in the surrounding area. Lindshammar’s glassworks is called the Kingdom of Crystal’s northen gate. The region is mineral-rich with gold, silver and copper and consequently there have been many mines founded of which a few are open to visitors. Drive cross-country go-carts, play tennis, miniature golf and don’t miss the national landmark (K-marked) of Engdahl’s Kulle with an obseravtion post, coffee bar and miniature golf course with a feeling of the 50’s and a breath-taking view.

Bathing spots
A 10 minute drive from the house you will find the Boskvarnasjön, a typical Småland lake hedged by woodland. It is child-friendly with a small beach and jetty.
There are also other small lakes in the wood without official bathing spots where it can be wonderful to take a dip.
The bathing spot at Ramkvilla is well known for its scenic location and the lovely lakeside beach. It is suitable for both adults and children with protective jetties and a diving tower. There is also a beach volleyball court where you can feel the sand between your toes.

Glassworks

Fishing
Fishing at Kolvesjö is included in the rent. Moreover there are fishing opportunities nearby in the 17 other lakes in Småland’s highland. At all the lakes it is arranged with boats, jetties, depth level maps etc.
